vessels in your body, very
narrow, blood leaves and
flows to veins.
• Veins- larger vessels, carry
blood TO heart
• Arteries- carries blood

8. Respiratory System
• Includes Lungs, nose,
trachea, bronchial tubes
and alveoli
• Takes in oxygen from air
and releases carbon
dioxide.
• Alveoli- tiny sacs,
covered with capillaries.
