Lindbergh Baby

3. At the age of 20 months, he was abducted from his home in New Jersey on March 1, 1932.

4. The toddler’s father found an envelope on the radiator in the toddler’s bedroom after the abduction. The letter asked for a ransom which was later paid.

6. Also, a ladder had been found in a nearby bush.

7. On May 12, 1932, over two months later, the toddler’s body was found a short distance from the home.

9. In his trial, which lasted from January 2 to February 13, 1935, the man was found guilty in the first degree of murder

10. He was sentenced to death

12. He called the police who took the corpse to a morgue.

13. There it was discovered that the skull had been badly fractured and the left leg and both hands had been missing.

14. There were various signs that the body had been chewed on by animals.

15. There were also signs that someone had tried to hastily bury the body.

19. Why I chose this I chose to research the Lindbergh baby because after I started researching all of the topics, I found this one to be the most interesting.
