Microsoft Outlook 2010 is a software for business
and personal email management
It has following features:

• Communicate with one or more recipients
• Many keyboard shortcuts make the task of
emailing faster

Email:
1. Send email message to one or more recipients
2. Cc and Bcc features
3. Cc – Carbon copy to other recipients. All
recipients can see who has received a copy of
the email
4. Bcc – Blind Carbon copy – recipients cant see
who else has a copy of the email

Attachments to an Email:
1. We can attach a document to an email
2. Document can be of different filetypes
3. Filetypes permitted : PDF, JPG, TXT, GIF
4. The size of the attachment cannot be more than
20 MB
5. Certain filetypes may not be supported as
attachments by MS Outlook. E.g., .ZIP files. In
this case, change the filename extension to .PIZ
and attach the file

To-do list can be used to remind the user of various
tasks at specific times and on specified dates

Outlook will be phased out in 2020 and Microsoft
may no longer provide support for this product
