Rooted in a century of experience in renewable energy production, technology development and progressive partnerships our client is committed to strengthening the viability of the customers and communities it serves.<br />Within North America, our client provides aluminum solutions including supply sourcing, extrusion, finishing, and fabrication of components, as well as engineering and contract manufacturing services for a variety of industries. Our client’s North America network consists of casthouse/remelt, extrusion, drawntubing, fabrication, finishing and contract manufacturing facilities. <br /> <br />Our client is a values based business. By using their values of courage, respect, cooperation, determination and foresight to guide their business, they ensure that their businesses create shared economic and social value for their employees, shareholders, stakeholders and host communities.<br /> <br />About the Role:<br /> <br />Due to the growth of their business our client is actively seeking experienced Territory Sales Managers. Position develops and matures sales pipeline both with existing and new customers in designated territory. This position offers strong base compensation as well as an attractive incentive program, auto allowance, home office environment with routine travel up to three days per week.<br /> <br />Career Path: Position offers upward mobility into the following roles: Fabrication Sales Engineer,<br />Regional VP Sales/Marketing, Operations Management.<br /> <br />Responsibilities/Key Competencies:<br /> <br />·         Applies the principles of sales prospecting – develops and matures pipeline. Responsible for<br />new target account identification, qualification, and development.<br />·         Applies principles of commercial sales/marketing -- Develops and implements sales strategies<br />in conjunction with Regional plan, maintains and grows the established business within<br />assigned territory, meets or exceeds annual sales goals.<br />·         Applies the principles of customer relationship building – maintains existing accounts and new<br />account development. Understands customer programs and identifies key decision makers.<br />Responsible for customer follow up to insure satisfaction and service.<br />·         Applies principles of profitability and price optimization – Provides recommendations on<br />pricing structure. Assists with the development of budgets and forecasts based on volume,<br />pricing and proper plant sourcing. Identifies and executes tactics to increase profitability on<br />existing accounts.<br />·         Applies the principles of account management – Develops and maintains appropriate call plans,<br />effectively utilizes CRM database tools, regularly communicates customer status and<br />information.<br />·         Applies the principles of internal relationship building -- Collaborateswith department<br />managers/representatives. Serves as the “voice of the customer”<br />·         Applies principles of effective communication -- Develops/delivers presentations (internally<br />and externally).
