As part of my work at the OU I am trying to encourage academics to produce digital outputs such as slidecasts

3. Don’t want to do a YouTube movie?

4. Have you got some nice powerpoint files lying around? http://www.flickr.com/photos/16889647@N05/3252768468/

5. Then give Slideshare a try

6. Upload your presentation to Slideshare

7. You can have it as just the slides, or…

8. You can record an audio track (eg you talking to the slides), using something like Audacity

9. Click on Create Slidecast in Slideshare

10. Upload your MP3 to Slideshare

11. And use their synchronisation tool to synch audio to the slides
