• Soft skills assessment is the validation of overall
personality development of an individual.
• Soft skills include the communication capabilities,
general knowledge, problem solving attitude,
decision making, leadership qualities etc.

• To make you compatible with the real time world.
• To express the technical knowledge of an
individual.
• Boost up the confidence.
• Communication with clients , customers.
• TO KNOW YOURSELF!

4. How To Assess Soft Skills?
• Training sessions (classroom and online).
• Organizing debates, group discussions, extempore,
• Cultural events also.
• Compulsory subject in colleges
• Real time (work based) problems statements by
means of organizing competitions.
e.g. the tasks similar to ROADIES, (PRANKS)
• Case studies.

5. When To Assess soft skills?
• THE SOONER IT IS ,THE BETTER IT GROWS.
• Be it primary, secondary or college studies.
• NO END to learn soft skills.
