Creating a Superbill in Practice Fusion

- 2. Once you have created a soap note, point your cursor over the "Charting shortcuts" bar. Then select "Send a Superbill" from the drop down.
- 3. In the superbill window, begin by typing the diagnosis codes or description.
- 4. Select the desired diagnosis code and it will move to the column on the right side.
- 5. Repeat diagnosis steps for procedure codes.
- 6. Once all the diagnosis and procedure codes have been added, select "Send Superbill“ You may also add a note in the note section if desired.
- 7. Once the superbill has been sent, a message will appear.
- 8. The superbill will be sent to the message section where it can be viewed for billing.
