The ICTMS established the Disaster
Augmentation and Response Team
(DART) in 2011 during TS Sendong
response.
Mission: to provide augmentation and
technical assistance support to the ICT
needs and requirements of disaster
response operations being undertaken by
the Department and its Field Offices.
composed of at least 2 ICTMS staff
volunteers to respond after a disaster
event and to be tour of duty for 3 days
onsite on a self-sustained basis.
A relief DART will succeed the previous
one after its tour of duty.
