8. CEC LIBRARY: ACQUISITION METHODOLOGY Requirement is called by the Chief Librarian from the faculty members before the new semester/session is start. The available quantity of required books is verified in the library. List is compiled. The list is presented and discussed in the meeting of Library Committee. The list is finalized/approved for purchase after necessary addition or deduction. The order is placed to the vendors/book sellers already registered with the organization.
