3. Stages of design cycle
1. Investigate
2. Design
3. Plan
4. Create
5. Evaluate
4. Investigation stage
The investigation stage is all about finding out what
is the problem(which is also called specification).
We identify the task given to us.
5. Design
Design stage is about specifying the problem and
make various of designs to choose. We have to
explain the problem using sketches, storyboards or
labelled diagrams. After that, choose one design
and justify why have you chosen the design.
6. Plan
You should explain step-by-step what are you going
to do. How are you going to plan. If you want to
make some important changes in the final plan, you
should justify why are you making these changes.
You should create a time plan when are you going
to do a specific stage.
7. Create
We should follow the time plan. Usage of tools and
techniques should be justified why. We should
provide evidences like photos, screenshots etc. if
any changes to be made in the final design this
should also be justified.
8. Evaluate
Compare your product with some standard
product. Include feedbacks from testers. Discuss the
strengths and weaknesses. Observe on each stage
and reflect on how could it have been improved.
