Increase your platelets with these foods
These foods are the ones you need to increase in your daily meals. Consume more foods while
they are fresh. And I really mean fresh. You should eat a large portion of raw foods on a daily
basis. At least 3-4 fruits and 2 large green salads. They are high in substances known as
phytonutrients.
Super foods such as as berries, pomegranate, blueberries are great fruits that will boost your low
platelet count levels. Probably not good to use these if you have extremely low platelets. But as
long as your platelets are higher than 40,000 or 60,000 they are safe and beneficial. Always check
yourself to see if your platelet levels are around this range. Eat on a daily basis 1 cup of
blueberries.
At least one large salad a day, but two is much better. Drink green juices made of romaine,
carrots, cabbage, some wheat grass and an apple. These should be mixed.
A small dose of gamma vitamin E is also helpful. Do not take a dose higher than 100 IU per day.
If you improve your health in general your low platelet count will increase and you will improve
your ITP disorder.
