Individual house:Not significant high value of architecture figure There are some recognition in the structure, material used for this type of housing. A well maintained house may not need big renovation to stay for more than 100 years.Housing block:Historical and cultural value as we discussed before about the Story from the pastPotential for tourist, heritage conservation for SaiGon architect characteristic
From the household survey:- Name of the street, both young and old remember this street as “Ben Chuong Duong”. Changing street name will require a lot of administration work, and also wipe out intangible connections, memories with local people.- In the rural: the river, the rice field, the buffalo,… And in SaiGon: the river, the quay, the river transportation, …. : the local want to see the river livable and connection
