2. Overview My Name is Nicole LaPrade. I started school in 1989 in Honolulu. I graduated from high school in 2002 in Honolulu. I first went to college at Santa Clara University in 2002. When I finish my post baccalaureate certificate, I plan to become a high school history teacher.

3. My definition of Educational Technology is… ….technologies and tools that are used to enhance the educational experience by linking the classroom to just about anywhere and anything. It commonly incorporates the use of computers or computer based applications or programs, but can also include video, podcasts, teleconferencing, and other communications technologies. The options are virtually limitless.

6. High School Technology VHS-C camcorders make video projects easier! PowerPoint Presentations are standard.

7. College Technology Instant messaging makes collaboration quick and easy. Facebook is the newest thing on college campuses my junior year. Mini-DV Cameras are smaller and the picture quality is superb! They make video production projects a snap!
