Introduction
The Kids Club is a voluntary organization, created in 2014 at
NCR Belgrade COE, with the idea of bringing together
parents, parents to be and their kids and make them feel as a
part of NCR families united. Kids Club should improve
efficiency and brand image of the company, and most
importantly, try to improve the sense of belonging among
employees.

Socializing out of work time

Bring NCR into employees family life and vice versa
Workers should feel at home when at work

Jury chooses the best 12 paintings
Use paintings as a cover for the calendar for 2015 if
parents and company agree.
The authors of the best paintings should be awarded
