5. Organising refers to mainly the logistics

6. OBJECT
Negotiation exercises are helpful to teach the
art of negotiation to opposing group of
students. They are able to differentiate the
ADR from trial court litigation process.

7. Supervising part involves the students in the
driving seat while the faculty’s role is of a
monitor.

9. MECHANICS
The participants are given realistic case files and
asked to resolve them in as economic and fair
manner as possible.
