3. Empathy Map: Say
“I would like to have had a
chance to work in groups
earlier.”
"My biggest impact was to see
that what i was studying was
far from the practice."
“It was difficult when i saw that
the techniques i learned were
not enough.”
“I was seeking to be
[financially] independent.”
“I've never seen myself
productive there. I've never
seen myself growing.”
“In this life we learn that we
must suffer at work - no one
feels sorrow.”
4. Empathy Map: Think
Universities sometimes focus
too much in science production
that forgets that mostly part of
the students should be ready to
work outside scientific walls.
Universities should be close to
local business to provide
students good chances to
improve themselves.
Currently the relationship
between politicians and places
of study (schools) are too bad,
causing the appearance of
precarious locations of study.
The suffering of students
during the transition happens
due to a negligence of the
institutions to motivate the
students.
The idea of creating an
“reactive” culture in schools
creates only a reproduction
minds, avoiding students to
think beyond the techniques.
The financial status of a
student affect directly his range
of choices of work, most part of
the time leading to some
explorations.
6. Problem Statement
Student-workers needs a way to feel more confident about
the compromise of schools to makes them ready for work
because in most part of the cases the student goes deep into
the business world without knowing if they’re ready or not.
