   A lot of money and time is invested for
    training.

   Training is a learning process that involves
    the acquisition of knowledge, sharpening of
    skills, concepts, rules, or changing of
    attitudes and behaviors to enhance
    the performance of employees.
WHAT IF THE ORGANIZATION HAVE NO TOOL
      TO DETERMINE THE SCORE ???

- No one knows how individuals are affected.
- No one knows what the training department
is doing.
- There is no information on whether the
company is winning the game.
WHAT TO
 DO ????
JUST KEEP A
TRAINING SCORECARD ..
   It is a tool to ensure that the training
    organization is focused on accomplishing
    training objectives linked to business
    strategy.
    Helps in measuring the performance of the
    HR dept in providing training programs.
   Helps to identify the cost and new method to
    improve the performance of training
    program.
   Training scorecard contain data from a
    variety of training organizations within the
    same company, or from only one training
    organization.

   Participation satisfaction, learning and
    behavior change data could be tracked and
    reported for all programs.
   Understand the benefits of training programs.
   Directly linked to the business strategy.
   Improve programs continuously.
   Helps in career – enriching development.
