1. (Using Primavera),build the first Program portfolio for Dubai electricity and water authority
(DEWA) projects in which we can define all the information needs for each project ,each groups
(water Dept projects, Civil Dept projects, Generation Dept projects ,transmission and distribution
Dept projects) and all DEWA projects. This include resources planning generating all type of
reports giving all the information in terms of cost, time ,resources and scope “work done”. I can
give analysis report defining the risk that may hit the project and advising the solution protect
from this risk. I established the same in AlGurg consultants, integrating design and construction
stages.
2. Under my role as chairman of Dubai electricity and water authority manpower committee,
MD&CEO of Dubai electricity and Water authority has approved my recommendation for the
human resource plan for 2011. The recommendation was to post bond any new vacancies
requirements raised by the organization divisions, and use the existing vacancies of 2009 based on
study results prepared.
3. Design and implement working resources master plan defining their involvement and their
performance in definition of time, cost and their impact on project profit (evaluating report), this
was activated in AlGurg consultant, and DEWA.
