         Achievements:

                    •     Business Development:

                          1. (Using Primavera),build the first Program portfolio for Dubai electricity and water authority
                             (DEWA) projects in which we can define all the information needs for each project ,each groups
                             (water Dept projects, Civil Dept projects, Generation Dept projects ,transmission and distribution
                             Dept projects) and all DEWA projects. This include resources planning generating all type of
                             reports giving all the information in terms of cost, time ,resources and scope “work done”. I can
                             give analysis report defining the risk that may hit the project and advising the solution protect
                             from this risk. I established the same in AlGurg consultants, integrating design and construction
                             stages.

                          2. Under my role as chairman of Dubai electricity and water authority manpower committee,
                             MD&CEO of Dubai electricity and Water authority has approved my recommendation for the
                             human resource plan for 2011. The recommendation was to post bond any new vacancies
                             requirements raised by the organization divisions, and use the existing vacancies of 2009 based on
                             study results prepared.

                          3. Design and implement working resources master plan defining their involvement and their
                             performance in definition of time, cost and their impact on project profit (evaluating report), this
                             was activated in AlGurg consultant, and DEWA.

                          4. Improving the quality of design methodology planning and control

                          5. Design and implement working resources distribution plan methodology. This Inactivated in
                             AlGurg consultant, and Dubai electricity and water authority (DEWA).

                       6. Design and implement document control system, defining document flow chart, the
                         communication plan to implemented, the controlling methodology on these documents
                         “Distribution and action to be taken” and the archiving system of the organization documents
                         including establishing document template, this was activated in AlGurg consultants (local and
                         international projects), and Dubai electricity and water authority.

                       7. Design a human resources recruitment program for planning and controlling the recruitments
                         requests of all departments under DEWA, in which workflow roles established with a robust
                         technique considering each recruitment order as a project. This I activated in DEWA.

                       8. Design an effective communication plan; activated in DEWA, and in AlGurg in Infrastructure
                          big projects for two cities in Libya.

                       9. Participate in auditing the first project management manual for DEWA according to PMI’s
                          PmBok.

                          the same as a risk trigger in the financial proposals and studies.

                          accreditation systems for health professionals in Australia [Part of my PhD program, done in
                          France-Lille 2008]

                  practice in Dubai Water Front city development.

                               than US$ 150 million.
                          •    Evaluate the extension of time and cost variation claims for project worth more than US$ 150
                               million.
                          •    Arranging the extension of time claim using a methodology detailed in the society of
                               construction law’s delay and disruption protocol (2002),using one of the four common
                               analysis techniques:
                                                    1-         As Planned Impacted
                                                    2-         As-Plan v As-Built
                                                    3-         Time Impact Analysis
                                                    4-         Collapsed As-built (or As-built but for)
                          •    Reviews and analyzes construction claims and provides opinions, advice and reports as
                               necessary on contractual entitlement and quantification of damages suitable for use in dispute
                               resolution proceedings including negotiation, mediation, arbitration and litigation.

             13- Reporting professionalism;

                 -    Prepare high quality policy papers, briefs, and reports, including cabinet submissions , other significant
                      policy and project management papers on complex issues relevant to the planning and delivery of key
                      projects.
                 -    Provide high-level analysis of reports and submissions on key project priorities that may affect directly
                      or indirectly on the firm development, and develop effective advice for senior executives on these
                      issues.
                 -    Arrange different types of reports for programs “multi projects” levels until project level in graphs (pie
                      chart, Gantt chart, s-curves, and bar chart), and data tables format using primavera latest version
                      software.
                 -    Arrange and review all types of project reports ;monthly progress reports, design analysis reports,
                      claim analysis reports, performance reports ,and all project program of work reports.
                 -    Arrange different types of reports for programs “multi projects” level until project level in graphs (pie
                      chart, Gantt chart, s-curves, and bar chart), and data tables format using primavera latest version
                      software.

             14- Arrange training seminars/lecturers for our staff to improve their experience in;

(Using Primavera),build the first Program portfolio for Dubai electricity and water authority (DEWA) projects in which we can define all the information needs for each project ,each groups (water Dept projects, Civil Dept projects, Generation Dept projects ,transmission and distribution Dept projects) and all DEWA projects. This include resources planning generating all type of reports giving all the information in terms of cost, time ,resources and scope “work done”. I can give analysis report defining the risk that may hit the project and advising the solution protect from this risk. I established the same in AlGurg consultants, integrating design and construction stages. 2. Under my role as chairman of Dubai electricity and water authority manpower committee, MD&CEO of Dubai electricity and Water authority has approved my recommendation for the human resource plan for 2011. The recommendation was to post bond any new vacancies requirements raised by the organization divisions, and use the existing vacancies of 2009 based on study results prepared. 3.
