now be known as Nova Specialty Hospitals. This change is effective immediately. The
rebranding of the 13 multi-specialty, short-stay surgical centers further consolidates the

expectations, we recently conducted a study to understand the positioning and perception of
brand Nova. The key insight we gained is that current as well as prospective patients perceive

business model with these expectations, while retaining the core concept that Nova stands for.
