MATH-A-THON is a fundraising program that
benefits St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
Sunnymead Elementary School has participated
in MATH-A-THON for many years. Have you or
someone in your family helped raise money by
participating in MATH-A-THON in the past?

4. Steps to Participate in MATH-A-THON
Step 1: Bring a letter home today that gives your parents
information about the MATH-A-THON fundraising
program. It has a permission slip for your parents to sign
that allows you to participate in the program.
All signed permission slips must be brought back to your teacher by
Tuesday, February 5th
5. Step 2: Collect Sponsors – people who agree to donate money to the hospital
because you complete the math problems.
8. Step 4: Collect Money from Sponsors
Please kindly ask the sponsors to write a check made
out to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or make
an online donation after you have completed the
math problems. When you have collected all of your
donations, bring it to school in an envelope.
Please do not bring any cash to school.
