 Tablets,
 Computers
 Digital cameras
These devices are designed to help make things
easier for:
 Teachers to achieve better results in the classroom.
 To make learning fun for children.

inquisitive and curious nature.
It encourages effective exploration of computers
and other technological equipment.
It helps to develop awareness and usefulness of
technology in our everyday life.

 Interest in the use of machines

USE OF COMPUTERS IN THE CLASSROOM
Computers can be used in the classroom for
several purposes such as
 Creating journals
 Playing games
 Provide access to folders
 Store information about children
 Provide learning activities for the children.

. Digital cameras are also used for taking
photos of children as they engage in learning
activities in the early childhood classroom.
 These photos are saved in folders on the
computer and displayed on the smart board
for children to view.
 This experience helps extend the children’s
learning and also develops their selfconfidence and self-esteem

Children are excited about using digital cameras to take photos.
ACTIVITIES YOU CAN RESEARCH ON THE
INTERNET.

Science based activities such as”
 How to create a volcano.
 How to make your own toothpaste.
 How to make a electrical circuit.
 How to bake bread and cookies.
 Learn how to carry out activities such as mixtu
chemicals.

