The title of my dissertation is "Examining the transition to a four-day school week and investigating post-change faculty/staff work-life balance: A community college case study." I recently attended my hooding/graduation ceremonies on Sept. 20-21, 2013 at Northeastern University located in Boston, MA. Below is a public link to my doctoral thesis.
