NYLA ALI KHAN is Visiting Professor of English and Multicultural Studies at the University of Oklahoma, Norman. Her work includes scholarship on Postcolonial theory and literature, nineteenth-and-twentieth century British literature.
She is the author of Islam, Woman, and the Violence in Kashmir (New Delhi: Tulika, 2009; New York: Palgrave, 2010) and The Fiction of Nationality in an Era of Transnationalism (New York: Routledge, 2004).
