ISFOC is the result of the R&D plan promoted by the Department of Education and Science of the Government of Castilla-La Mancha and the Institute of Solar Energy of the ‘Technical University of Madrid’. 17. Iberdrola Thermosolar Plant in Puertollano. Iberdrola, together with the Spanish Institute for Energy Diversification and Saving (IDAE), is building a 50 MW thermosolar plant.
