I work on the marketing team for The City Bin Co. I have worked at The City Bin Co.’s headquarters in Ireland since 1998. I am a contributor to the business section of the biggest local newspaper in the West of Ireland 'The Galway Advertiser' with a fortnightly 'Drop the Monkey Business' column, sharing business nuggets & life inspirations with local businesses. I also write business blogs for The Huffington Post. I co-founded the Business Motivation Group in 2010, which is a business support group that offers motivational talks, support, and inspirations to businesses. I enjoy traveling with my family between my home in the West of Ireland and the North of Spain.
