Dr. Gil is working on smart citizens, cities, ideas and comparative public policies in the XXI century as team researcher at UCM, Madrid together with Carmen Navarro (UAM) and Julio Navío (UNED). In 2015 Olga has presented her work at FUDAN (Shanghai), Warsawa University (Poland) and University of Lisbon (Portugal). Gil teaches and does fundraising and Project Management to enable more effective and output oriented collaboration in applied research. Gil is a skilled enabler and can rouse leadership skills in young scientists. Dr. Gil is summitera ;-)) [@GolbalSummit of Women] and fan of @INatividad and @MargaritadeCos. She loves learning, teaching and enjoying life
