2. What is the respiratory system? Bringing oxygen into your body Removing the extremely toxic gas carbon dioxide from your body The respiratory system get’s rid of the gas carbon dioxide Carbon dioxide is very toxic and harmful to your body It is extremely important that you don’t have to much of it or keep it in your body to long Of course it’s important to get oxygen otherwise you wouldn’t be able to breath witch can be fatal

3. Larynx The larynx is the voice box When a person inhales or exhales it goes through your larynx

4. Trachea The trachea is like a windpipe It connects the nose , mouth and lungs Very important to the respiratory system

5. Bronchus The bronchus is connected to the trachea The bronchus carries the air to the lungs

6. Bronchioles bronchioles is a part of the airway passage Bronchioles is located in the lungs Are the end of the bronchus

7. Diaphragm Diaphragm controls your functions of breathing Located right under you lungs
