3. Finding Meaning
Meaning is ours to find and to create, but it rarely
comes without our effort. Those efforts can often be
small and bring remarkable results. Such efforts will
likely lead to more and more acts in enhancing our
lives with meaning. Some of the acts that follow focus
on what we can do to help others and some are acts to
find our better-selves. As you review, note those that
"speak to you" and choose one to bring to life, and you
will be on the way to greater meaning. Enjoy the
journey and share it.
