partners of the project Talking about
Taboos have tested out several good
practices on how to start and have a
dialogue on racism and social exclusion.
The workshop participants will experience a
sample of these good practices.
After this experience a dialogue will take
place on these good practices
Title: "Take a Step Forward"
Speakers: Joint workshop with France and
Italy
Theme: Discrimination and
Xenophobia, Poverty, General human rights
Introduction: We are all equal, but some
are more equal than others. In this activity
participants experience what it is like to be
someone else in their society. The issues
addressed include: Social inequality being
often a source of discrimination and
exclusion. Empathy and its limits.
