This document describes an employee training initiative aimed at bringing positive change among workers. It involves 12 training sessions over 6 months covering topics like self-motivation, communication, health and safety. The program is designed to increase productivity, retention and job satisfaction through specially designed interactive sessions. It will be implemented for 200 workers in batches of 50, with training conducted every 15 days for a total of 24 sessions over the 6 month period.
