• Company Salesperson wants to share files with a prospective
customer
• How to make this easy?
• Don’t require them to log in
• Don’t require them to create a profile or account
• Let them forward files as they please

• Type of link to create
• Anyone link – easiest and most flexible – allow for forwarding and 2nd
level sharing
• Does not require a login – works fine in incognito mode, for example.
• Copy link or Send Email
• Copy link and send on your own, or via Teams, or other.
• Send email that OneDrive creates with all the relative information
