successful?
Be aware of your surroundings – marketing is
predicting consumer behavior.
Nothing happens without a plan, so make one,
and be willing to work hard to get what you want.

Have clear, yearly goals you want to achieve and
review your progress towards them on a monthly
basis – have a meeting with yourself.
Where to start? Do them all at the same time.

Pros and Cons of being a young leader?
Pro’s: Lots of freedom to pursue the things you love
& no one can tell you what you can or cant earn –
what you put in you get out .
Cons: Long working hours, lots of sacrifice, usually
under resourced.

Networking is vital and in reality it’s quite simple:
Be nice to everyone you meet
Listen to what others have to say
Analyse if they can help you
Make an effort to get to know them
