Occurrence:
Today around 13:00, HK manager Mr. Eric has reported to security that while they were cleaning villa-5, they
have discovered some damages in the villa as the cover for the CD player got broken and one ceiling light got
broken in the toilet and as per HK manager, DE and DM that the guest will not be charged for all as the ceiling
light will be fixed by Engineering as per DE and regarding the cover for CD player , the butler has informed
engineering to put off the CD player as per the guest and they have sent FCS to engineering yesterday at
around 16:35 but no one from engineering went there and put it off so it got broken as it was busy at the bar
area and no one knows who broke it as it is opened automatically when some one comes near by.
Action:
Photos have been taken.
HK statement has been taken.
FCS copy has been taken.
IR has been raised.
Conclusion:
 As per HK manager, DE and DM that the guest would not be charged for those damages as it
was the staff fault as they did not switch off the CD player as per the guest.
 HK butler has informed DE yesterday and sent FCS regarding putting off the CD player but
they did not do.
 As per DE Mr. Kalum that the FCS has been sent yesterday but no one from engineering went
to the villa for putting the CD player off.
 As per Mr.Kalum that, they will fix the cover for the CD player as they have spare parts.
