   as follows;

       importance of being on time on duty?

   2. Do you consider make-up/extension duties as an
       appropriate disciplinary sanction?

   3. Do you agree that the more make-up/extension
       duties you have, the more training you gain on your
       skills?

   4. Do you think that having make-up and extension
      duties are chances and consideration given by your
      clinical instructor to develop and improve yourself?

   5. After you have served your make-up/extension
       duties, do you think you’ve appreciated and learn
       mastery of skills on certain procedures that you
       never learned on your regular duty before?

   6. Do you think having make-up/extension duties will
       motivate and challenge you more in finishing the
       nursing course?

   7. Do you find make-up/extension duties effective as
      additional training and exposure that you missed on
      your regular RLE training?
8. Do you accept all your make-up duties fair based
   on your equivalent number of excused absences
   given to you by your clinical instructor?

9. Do you accept all your extension duties fair based
   on your equivalent number of unexcused absences
   given to you by your clinical instructor?

10. Do you agree that the more make-up/extension
   duties, you have more chances to encounter clinical
   procedures you’ve never seen on regular duties?

11. Do you agree that make-up/extension duties can add
    more knowledge to the nursing students?

12. Do you agree that make-up/extension duties can
    enhance more on the skills to the nursing students?

13. Do you agree that students who have experienced
    make-up/extension duties are more competent than
    the others who do not have?
