 Store’ செய்஬ப்பட்ட சபாருட்ைரின் ே஭ம்,அரவு,ேன்க஫ைள் சைடா஫ல் பாதுைாக்ை ளலண்டும்.
 ளேகல஬ான document’ைள், information, reportைகர ெரி஬ான ளந஭த்ேில் செய்துமுடித்து
ெ஫ர்ப்பிக்ை ளலண்டும்.
 சபாருட்ைகர A,B & C ஬ாை லகைப்படுத்ே ளலண்டும்.

Store Assistant’ன் சபாறுப்புைள்:
 முகம஬ாை Materials’ஐ லாங்ைி,இடம் ஑துக்ைி,Label செய்து,Production’க்கு
லறங்ைி,Document’ைகர செய்஬ ளலண்டும்.
 Materials’ஐ முகம஬ாை Indent செய்஬ ளலண்டும்.
 Bin Cardைகர Update செய்து Stock’ஐ முகமப்படுத்ே ளலண்டும்.
 First-In-First-Out (FIFO) முகமக஬ பின்பற்ம ளலண்டும் .
 A ஫ற்றும் B Materials’ஐ கூடுேல் ைலனத்துடன் கை஬ார ளலண்டும்.

Lead time = average (23,11,13,11,20) = 15.6 days
We can round it to 16 days
Similarly Standard Deviation (Use STDEV function in MS Excel) of
all 5 values would give us the Safety stock days = 5.5 days. We
can round it to 6 days
The item would take 16 days to reach the factory from the day of
PO.
The company needs to maintain 6 days of stock as safety stock for
this item to account for any uncertainties on delivery*- along with Purchase Function

 Stores Assistant Materials’ஐ Invoice ஫ற்றும் Delivery
Challanனுடன் ளெர்த்து லாங்ை ளலண்டும்.
 சபாருட்ைரின் ே஭த்கேம௃ம்,அரகலம௃ம், PO’ உடன் ளெர்த்து
ெரி பார்த்ே பிமகு Goods Receipt note (GRN) ஐ Prepare
செய்஬ ளலண்டும்.
 Invoice’ஐ Bill Passing/ Account’s Department’க்கு அனுப்ப
 சபாருட்ைரின் ே஭ள஫ா/அரளலா குகமலாை இருந்ோல்
Purchase ஫ற்றும் ெம்பந்ேப்பட்ட departmentைரிடம்
சேரிலிக்ை ளலண்டும்.

Stores Process Flow - ளெ஫ித்து கலத்ேல்/Custody
 சபாருட்ைள் Stores’ன் உள்ளர லந்ேவுடன் அேற்சைன்று

இருந்ோல்,Stock Manager’ரிடம் சேரிலிக்ை ளலண்டும்.

Stores Process Flow - Productionக்கு லறங்குேல்:
 Material ளேகலப்படும் ளபாது,Production Supervisor Material Issue Requisition (MIR)slipஐ Prepare
செய்து Store Assistant’டிடம் அனுப்ப ளலண்டும்.
 MIR’ன் ளேகலக்ளைற்ப Store Executive ளேகல஬ான சபாருட்ைகர சைாடுக்ை ளலண்டும்.
 சபாருட்ைகர லறங்ைி஬ பின்,Bin Card’லும்,Stock Ledger’லும் Update செய்஬ ளலண்டும்.
 புேி஬ Customer Order என்மால்,Stock Executive Order’க்கு ஏற்ப Net requirement’ஐ calculate செய்஬
ளலண்டும்.அேற்கு(BOM, கை஬ில் இருக்கும் Stock ,ல஭ளலண்டி஬ Stock, ளபான்மலற்கம ஆ஭ா஬
ளலண்டும்)
