2. There is a strong connection between our Music video and our Digipack. We have used similar effects on the image of the Digipack and the music video to create recognition and emphasise the correlation between them. Looking at the music video and Digipack one can see that the storyline of the music video is continued in the Digipack. This is also used by other artists so that the audience associates the album, music video and the poster with the artist. The images in the front and back cover of the Digipack hint to the message of the music video. On the Cover she desperately tries to eat the plastic burger phone which implies that she has not been eating properly to reach the body shape the media pressures her to have. 3. We did not use the Band in the music video because we wanted the attention to be merely on the message and wanted the ideology to represent the Band as some other indie artists also do. This gives the band more character as it shows that they want to show their ideology and music and not only their faces. Nevertheless we put an image of the Band in the Digipack but not on the front cover to have a continuation of the ideology in the Digipack but still show the artist so that they can be identified. From our research of other album magazine adverts we found out that the same image is used for the Album cover and the Poster to call attention to their music product, therefore we decided to use the same approach. So concluding I believe that the correlation of our main product and ancillary texts is very effective as we continue the same ideology and graphics throughout the video, Digipack and Poster.
