MINISTRY COORDINATORS: ANNUAL REPORTS
ARE DUE TO JUDY BY THIS TUESDAY.
Each year we have an opportunity to make a Principal Re-amortization payment
on the building mortgage. This payment drastically reduces our monthly
mortgage. This year the deacons would like to make this lump sum payment
the end of September. We are planning on making a payment of $92,000. The
Board would like to ask the congregation to prayerfully consider helping reduce
the debt by making a special contribution to this fund. If this is something you are
led to help with, you may make a payment in the offertory through September 13.
Please designate on the envelope or check “Lump Sum” or “Principle Reduction”
so that it will be added to the $92,000 already designated for this payment.
Loan Summary:
Original Principal Loan Balance: 5/30/14 $766,735.80
Total Principal Payments Made: As of 7/31/15 $232,709.12
