In general, arbitration procedures are regulated under Law No. 30 of 1999 on Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution (“Arbitration Law”). In the last quarter of 2023, the Supreme Court issued SC Regulation No. 3/2023. As part of the regulatory framework under Arbitration Law, this regulation sets out further details in arbitration procedures, among others, the court-ordered appointment of arbitrators, right to challenge, and the enforcement as well as the annulment of arbitral awards.
