From his early years as a Bellman, he has risen through the ranks of responsibility to become the General Manager of several leading Las Vegas restaurants. Most recently acting as the General Manager and Managing Partner of RM Seafood, Paul Fisichella increased sales into the millions while also creating a culture of customer satisfaction.
Paul Fisichella began his career in 1987 when he became a Bellman at the prestigious Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills.
