1. How to use NOW – NTU’s Online Workspace

5. You can access your NTU
email account from here

6. You can view your
timetable here –
check this regularly

7. Use the drop-down
menu to find the
correct week

8. Click on the My
Home button to
return to your
home page

9. From the home
page, you can
access your Home
Directory (H drive)
which is your own
storage area on
the NTU network

10. The Library OneSearch link
will allow you to launch the
library’s databases, including
the legal ones.

11. To view the content of a
Learning Room, click on the
Learning Room name

12. A new menu appears on the
lower left hand side, helping
you to navigate your way
around the Learning Room.

13. Click on the Study
Unit Index, to
access the
content.

14. Individual items of
content will be listed here.
Click on individual items
to access them.
Content items may be
Word files, Powerpoint
files, PDFs or html files.

15. Click on
Learning Room
at any time to
return to the
Learning
Room’s front
page.

return you to your NOW
Home Page.
