In e-karma Yojana, training will be provided to students studying in college related to free lessons
through Haryana e-Karma scheme. Centres of Excellence have been set up in Government College for this
training which will promote freelancing/ entrepreneurship/employment. Appwork IT Solutions Pvt Ltd will
operate these centres of excellence and at the same time, will provide training related to internet-based
freelancing platform to college students. These freelancing platforms include free lensing platforms like
upworks.com, guru.com freelancer.com etc.
The app work will provide training to about 3000 candidates under e-Karma Yojana. This training will be
provided in the Centers of Excellence (Centers of Excellence) established in colleges, which is established
in Panchkula, Karnal, Hisar, Faridabad, Gurugram etc.

Training Period
Free training is provided to the candidates for 4 to 6 months under Haryana e-Karma scheme.
The training includes the development of Communication skills, bidding skills and technical
skills will be taught exclusively. To apply under this scheme, you must be a permanent
resident of Haryana, and it is also necessary that you must be between 18 and 30 years of
age.

8. Freelancing related training will be provided to students under Haryana’s e-Karma scheme.
Through this scheme, unemployment rates will come down, and students will become self-reliant.
The certificate will also be provided by the Higher Education Department after training.
After completion of training, the student can earn from the freelancing portal.
Exposure to the global freelancing market will be provided through this training.
Under Haryana e-Karma Yojana, online profile, bidding and taking orders will be taught on the freelancing portal.
