As I worked my way up as India’s top 5 performers
year after year in corporate sector there was a
compelling urge from within to start out on my
own, the journey began with a restaurant in Siliguri
which expanded from one outlet to three.
My mission is to make cup of tea the cup of
health -“I saw the love and affection that
foreigners had for Indian tea not just as a
regular beverage but for its medicinal benefits. I
started my research and realized how the Chinese
and Japanese people value tea for its health
benefits.” I feel in India we drink a lot of tea and
still suffer from acidity and various problems
because tea is not being consumed the right way.

Ventures decided to buy 5% stake in the company,
a company funded by Kevin Harrington, a
businessman who also rose to fame with Shark
Tank, a USA based start-up reality show.
