12. NewYorkDress.com: From the Downtrend to the Raising Trend
in Organic Traffic and Revenue for 6 Months
Over the last 4 years (1 feb 2013 - 31 jan 2017) NewYorkDress.com lost $X,XXX,XXX because of constant
decrease of organic traffic from search engines.
Here’s the breakdown:
● 1 feb 2014 - 31 jan 2015 vs. 1 feb 2013 - 31 jan 2014: 12.91% decrease in traffic, 3.75% decrease in
revenue
● 1 feb 2015 - 31 jan 2016 vs. 1 feb 2014 - 31 jan 2015: 32.96% decrease in traffic, 27.75% decrease in
revenue

The reason is that search engines are constantly changing their ranking algorithms and if no optimization

From 2013 to 2017, the company grew out from a small project to the second place in the market
after the Kartina TV.
The main growth of the client’s base was provided by online advertising which was provided by our
agency. In search engine results the New-rus.tv website was on 40+ positions for the most non-
brand keywords.

Deti-Euromed.ru is a premium medical clinic for kid’s in Saint-Petersburg.
During this project, we’ve found that 30% of patients were not assigned because of a lack of time
for admission to doctors. At this time, doctors' offices were not used, so the clinic's revenue was
reduced due to a shortage of doctors.
The clinic hired additional staff and doctors began to make phone calls to the patients with
additional options: to make an appointment at half an hour after a office hours or visit the patient’s
home.
As a result, the number of patients served by the clinic increased by 30%, and revenue
increased by 50%. In addition, this service has caused a wave of enthusiastic feedback and as a
result - an increase in brand traffic by 2.4 times within 1 year.
