3. Cancelled cheque
Description
• Only a scanned copy of a blank cancelled cheque on the company name will be taken to verify the bank details
• The cancelled cheque is to be provided with the Name - either printed/company stamp/handwritten
• In case of handwritten name or company stamp on the cheque, it should be supported with the bank passbook or the bank
mandate form
• In case of absence of a cancelled cheque, a declaration letter from the bank with the bank details mentioned on the bank
letterhead with the signature and stamp of the authorized bank signatory can be considered
• The bank statement will not be considered for as a valid document
• No overwriting or correction on the cheque should be there

We accept the cancelled cheque image if:
• the Beneficiary name, the Account no., and the IFSC code are all printed on it

If these are not printed, we accept the cancelled cheque image if:
• the bank’s declaration/passbook with authorised signature and stamp of the bank is shared along with the cancelled
cheque

• the bank declaration/passbook without an authorised signature and stamp of the bank is shared

7. PAN card
Description
• PAN stands for Permanent Account Number. It is mandatory for making financial transactions
• The PAN card should be on the company name. However, in case of a sole proprietor, it can be on the seller name
• A scanned copy of the PAN card is mandatory for verification
• A photocopy/online snapshot of the PAN card will not be considered

• Clear/Not blurred
• Scanned copy of the original document
We reject the PAN card image if :
• You share a copy which is blurred or is a
scanned copy of the photocopy of the PAN card
• You share the online snapshot of your PAN card

9. Company address proof
Description
• The address proof is a document that is required to verify your company address details
• Only the scanned copy of the GSTIN, Electricity/Telephone bill, Certificate of Incorporation, Municipal corporation certificate,
lease agreement, Aadhaar card, driving license, bank passbook on the company name will be considered
• In case of a sole proprietor, the company address proof can be on the seller name
• The electricity bill/telephone bill should not be more than 3 months old

10. Warehouse address proof
Description
• The Warehouse address proof is a document required to verify your warehouse address details
• In case the warehouse is in a different state, the GSTIN certificate of the new warehouse state must be provided
• However, in case of the exempted categories, the seller can provide the electricity/telephone bill, Rent/lease agreement,
Certificate of Incorporation and Municipal corporation certificate
• The electricity bill/telephone bill should not be more than 3 months old

19. GSTIN
Description
• GSTIN stands for the Goods & Services Tax Identification Number needed from every seller for registration to sell his
products online
• It is mandatory to provide the GSTIN
• It should be on your company name. However, in case of sole proprietorship, it can be on the seller name

20. Remember these points to avoid document rejection!
We accept GSTIN details when :
• The PAN number in the GSTIN submitted by the seller is the same as the PAN card number submitted by the seller
• The taxpayer type should be Regular and the status should be Active on the Govt. GSTIN portal
• It should be of the same state in which your warehouse is situated
21. We reject the documents if :
• The taxpayer type is other than Regular and/or the status is other than Active on the Govt GSTIN portal
