Single item order processing - Wholesale
In this module, we will discuss :-
1. How to process a single order?

How to filter your Wholesale (B2B) orders?
Click on the Orders tab Select the Wholesale option
Steps to filter Wholesale (B2B) orders -

Here, you can check all your Wholesale (B2B) orders -
Note - To know more about the Orders tab, click here

Here you can check the name of the product

Here you can check the description of the product

Here you can check the status of the order

Here you can check the quantity of the lot which you need to ship
Eg. In this example ordered quantity is 5, so here you need to ship 5 quantities of the lot of 5 packs

Ship By – Here, you can check the shipping deadline (by which the order should be marked as shipped) of the order

There are five stages of single order processing
The order is shipped from your warehouse
Shipped4.
Acknowledge and pack the order
Confirm and Pack1.
The order is delivered to the
customer
Delivered5.
Download the manifest slip by clicking on
the Request Pickup tab
Request Pickup2.
The order is moved to the ‘To handover’
stage till it’s picked up

How to process a single item order?
Click on the Orders tab Click on the Confirm & Pack tab
Steps to process a single item order -

Click on the Pack tab
Click on the Confirm tab to acknowledge the order

Enter the total number of boxes/polybags being used for
packaging (numeric value only),
For example, we have taken 3 boxes here
Check the box

Click on Confirm
The number of packing slips downloaded will be equal to the number of boxes
submitted by you

This is a sample of the Packing Slip. You have to tear it into 2 parts
Note – It is mandatory to use the Paytm Mall retail invoice. Please do not use your own invoice. Also, ensure you adhere to the Paytm Mall packaging guidelines or else the courier will not pick up the
package
a. Packaging slip– You have to paste it outside/top
of the packaging box
b. Retail Invoice –
You have to fold the invoice from the center so that the
details are towards the inside, the white side of the
invoice should be on the front
Insert the invoice in the invoice pouch and paste the
invoice pouch on the back side of the Paytm Mall
corrugated box
If you are dispatching the product in/out of a state where
plastic is banned:
For order value > 50,000 – Paste the invoice outside
For order value < 50,000- Insert the invoice inside the
package

Note – It is mandatory to use the Paytm Mall retail invoice. Please do not use your own invoice. Also, ensure you adhere to the Paytm Mall packaging guidelines or else the courier will not pick up the
package
Packaging guidelines-
• You need to pack the same number of packets as
you have mentioned while generating the packing
slip
• It is mandatory to use Paytm Mall tape
• Pack your products densely in the corrugated
boxes/polybags
• You can use gunny bag to avoid pilferage
• You are advised to keep video recordings of your
packages while packing them for future reference
• Ensure that there is not any
Damaged/Wrong/Missing item in the shipment, in
case buyer raises a return request and same is
approved, then you will have to bear the reverse
logistics charges as well

Click on the Request Pickup tab
Your order moves to ‘Request Pickup’, from where you will download the Manifest.
Note – Request pickup only when your order is ready to ship.

Click on Request Pickup button

Click on Ok button
The manifest will be downloaded in your system

This is a sample Manifest which contains the details of your courier partner. You need to print two copies of the manifest
Here, you can see the name of your courier partner
Note – If you generate the manifest before 12:00 pm, your order will be picked up the same day and if you generate the manifest after 12:00 pm, your order will be picked up till 6 pm (5 pm for Delhi/NCR)

Here, you can see the Order details with the AWB number of each box and the
count of the boxes as well

The merchant signature and the courier signature are required on both the copies
of the manifest

Here, you can see the total number of shipments

Click on More
To view your shipped orders, follow these steps -
Click on the Shipped tab
Here, you can check all your shipped orders
Note – You will be penalized if the order does not get marked as Shipped within the given timelines. For more details, click here

To view your delivered orders, follow these steps -
Click on the Delivered tab
Here, you can check all your delivered orders

How can you download duplicate copies?
In case you have lost your packing slip or manifest before shipping, you can generate their duplicates by going on To Handover tab:
Click on the To Handover tab Here, you can download your
duplicate copies
