[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],easy to implement, but not good for getting overall picture – just a collection of documents expensive, can be difficult to set up, limited control over format, little multi-media integration flexible organization, but not collaborative and can have significant learning curve more given to advisor development - ongoing exploration of a narrower theme with frequent posts especially suited to conversational interaction and snippets of information rather than substantial content We chose the wiki platform because we needed a knowledge management system for a collaborative group of trainers to create, disseminate and update training materials for new advisor consumption. Wiki is very well suited for this application.
