To engage new MT’s and hires in a valuable dialogue to know the “real” culture of an
organization versus the “embraced” culture
To respond and interact with each other as they uncover the “shared assumptions” or the
“actual” culture that guide behaviour within the organization
To provide clarity of the assumptions they have built during induction and help them
understand what they mean
