5. MICRO- FINANCING LOAN
       MICRO-FINANCING LOAN
The minimum amount of loan is Php1,000 and the
distributor can renew for higher loanable amount up to
Php150k depending upon the number of his/her direct
sponsors.

NOTE : * A distributor has the option not to avail the loan yet and could
request for loan availment once his/her loanable amount is bigger.
         * The borrower must be of legal age.

                    LOAN PROCESSING
All loans shall be processed and released within 7 working days from the date of
completion of requirements;
No loan renewal could be released without fully paying the previous loan obligation;
All Micro-Financing loans shall be processed and released by PESOS Foundation (the
foundation of PESOS Int’l. for Micro-Financing Program)

A distributor contribution system where the beneficiary of a
distributor who passed away will receive a sum of money
depending on how much was collected.

                                                8. PROFIT SHARING

  10% of the Total Sales Repeat Purchase (TSRP) point
 value of the company semi-annually shall be allocated
 for profit sharing based on the following:

Diamond= 6%
                                           no. of qualifiers
Note : To qualify for this incentive, a Gold Distributor shall have at least 10 Gold
Direct Sponsors, and a Diamond Distributors shall have at least 20 Diamond Direct
Sponsors under him/her for the covered period.

                                         9. TRAVEL INCENTIVES

5% of the Total Sales Repeat Purchase (TSRP) point
value of the company will be allocated to Diamond
position which shall be released semi-annually.
       Example:
       Php 15 Million TSRP X 5%= Php 750,000.00
                                 no. of qualifiers

Note: To qualify for this incentive, the distributor has at least maintained a
minimum personal purchases of Php1,500.00 and 10 Diamond Direct Sponsors
too for the last six ( 6) months covering the date announced by the company.

  • 17. 1. MICRO-FINANCING LOAN A B YOU P1,000.00 For every 2 direct sponsors, the credit line of the distributor increases by Php1,000.

PROFIT SHARING 10% of the Total Sales Repeat Purchase (TSRP) point value of the company semi-annually shall be allocated for profit sharing based on the following: Position: Example: Gold= 4% Php30 Million TSRP X 10%= Php 3 Million Diamond= 6% no. of qualifiers Note : To qualify for this incentive, a Gold Distributor shall have at least 10 Gold Direct Sponsors, and a Diamond Distributors shall have at least 20 Diamond Direct Sponsors under him/her for the covered period.
  • 33. Compensation Plan 9. TRAVEL INCENTIVES 5% of the Total Sales Repeat Purchase (TSRP) point value of the company will be allocated to Diamond position which shall be released semi-annually.
