Pierre 'Bertrand' Boulle is British, was born in Mauritius and founded Investors Europe Stock Brokers in Gibraltar in 2001 after having worked for various International Banks in the EU. Before entering Financial Markets, Pierre 'Bertrand' worked with De Beers, managing diamond mining companies in DRC (Kinshasa, Tshikapa and Luebo), Angola (Luanda and Lunda Norte including Lucapa, Andrada, Cuango), Sierra Leone (Kono and Freetown) and Guinea Conakry (Gbenko - AREDOR).
