My story starts under the water… Although I never had intention to hold my breath for 6 minutes, I learned a lot from becoming freediving master. Being in the "big blue" on a single breath is so similar to the toughest business projects, that you have no other choice but clearly think what is most important there. Maybe you are like me, motivated by achievements, with a number of awards on the shelf, but on the bottom of the sea, only that matters is your team. In my career I created, motivated and managed large and diverse teams that jointly achieved successes like first mobile wallet in Europe, first cloud platform in telco in Poland, best Balanced Scorecard for Government in Centr.
